I called Derek and knew right away that he was serious about the real estate business. Based on the initial conversation, I decided that Derek would be my broker. I owned a house that I thought I could not sell. One day I saw a Cressy & Everett sign with Derek Jackson's name on it and decided to call because I was impressed with how fast the house sold. Derek walked me through the process of selling my house. He explained everything and went over the contract step by step. Derek answered my questions in a language that I could easily understand.
